11/2004, The NTP Showcase, Fall 2004: Uganda meets Puerto Rico in Texas

note from stu: Jorge Ginorio and Gyavira Kasule had never met each other until the showcase, so we had a golden opportunity to see a first meeting of musical cultures. It was totally spontaneous, and very interesting to hear the dialog. Memphis Tennessee and Houston Texas (Len & I) kicked in about halfway through the piece tp close out the showcase.. all images © deb stuer all rights reserved.

These next two shots are from the Pepsi Kid Around, September 04. Ricky "bongo" carthen and Audrey mcClure joined Len and Stu and we did audrey's awesome story of the Stew Pot Lady, who could feed the whole world from her single pot, because she put in love, kindness, respect..
